Hands-free

35. 12.30am. Bottom deck, behind the luggage rack.

Excellent use of clothing! Through the window I saw a middle-aged woman at a bus stop, dressed in a black abaya and speaking on her mobile phone (which, incidentally, was dressed in a Union Jack cover). In order to have full use of her hands, she had tucked the phone between two of the folds of her abaya, where it wrapped around her face. It sat, snugly, in exactly the right position. Ingenious! It just goes to show what we can learn from our near and far neighbours.
